HDA CDPAS provides mandatory annual interactive Sexual Harassment prevention training for all employees pursuant to Section 201-g of the Labor Law. The interactive training includes an explanation of sexual harassment consistent with guidance issued by the Department of Labor in consultation with the Division of Human Rights. I attest that I have received the interactive Sexual Harassment prevention training at this present time in the language of my choice. I attest that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers in a timely manner.
