Consumer Directed Program CDPAP

HDA Care welcomes clients who are inquiring or applying for CDPAP or Consumer Directed Services for Home Care.

This program is sponsored by Medicaid for eligible participants and allows the individual or the family members to have control over the management of their different health care needs from the planning, to the hiring of the caregiver and all the way to the execution of the care plan.
